Delivery

• Orders are carefully packed and dispatched twice a week.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

• Our Préparation Artisanale baking kits can be shipped Australia-wide.

• Due to their delicate nature, freshly baked treats such as macarons cannot be shipped.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Once your order has been handed to the courier, By Josephine cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.

Pick Up

• Local order collection is available from Brunswick by appointment.

• When placing your order, please choose your preferred pick-up date and leave a note with your preferred time.

• We’ll contact you to confirm the collection time once your order is ready.

• Please ensure your order is collected within the confirmed time window.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before dispatch or pickup.

• Once an order has been shipped or prepared for collection, we’re unable to make further changes or cancellations.
