Refund policy
Because our products are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method once approved.
We take great care in preparing and packing each order, and your satisfaction means a great deal to us.
